Rosa Parks on a Bus icon png download

The original upload by user "worldlabel" claimed this image was public domain (although their version was clearly computer random self generated nonsense) so I am providing this remix here to help provide an actual decent copy of the image in question. That said, I am thinking the public domain claim is dubious. Anyone else know if this is clearly public domain or not? I will trust the user's claim for now. Anyone know if user worldlabel uploaded a lot of dubious items in the past? ((If anyone is unclear, Rosa Parks is the woman on the right.))
